Participants demonstrated a high level of appreciation of the course and described it as very relevant for professionals dealing with children.

This was a unique MOOC that was launched simultaneously with the UN Global Study on Children Deprived of Liberty, therefore attracting a lot of interest. Unique insights from the lead author, Prof. Manfred Nowak, and the experts who helped gather data, testimonies and analysis were deemed of the highest value by course participants.

This MOOC was commissioned by EU CONVINCE (COmmoN Values INClusive Education), a joint project of ETUCE, EFEE and ESHA. Designed to support teaching professionals and educators, the course offered systematic use of case studies and good practices which was not only highly appreciated, but also made it easier for participants to connect their learning with real life.
